Dear Neighbors,
I’m excited to offer yoga classes at The Coves in the clubhouse event room, starting Wednesday, March 5th, with the next session on Tuesday, March 11th. Moving forward, classes will be held every Tuesday and Wednesday night at 5:30 PM.
Class Details:

• Tuesdays – Slow Stretching
• Wednesdays – Flow
• Cost: $3 per class
• Duration: 1 hour
• Location: Community Room
All are welcome—men and women alike! Please bring a yoga mat; I do have a few available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The first class will focus on slow stretching, followed by a flow session on the second session. After that, Tuesdays will continue as slow stretching classes, and Wednesdays will be dedicated to flow.
