About Us
Nestled along the scenic shores of Grand Lake O’ the Cherokees, The Coves at Bird Island began as a private hunting and game reserve before being thoughtfully developed in 1981 into one of northeastern Oklahoma’s premier lakefront communities. From the beginning, our vision has been to preserve the area’s natural beauty while creating an exceptional lifestyle defined by leisure, comfort, and privacy.
Today, that vision endures. The Coves seamlessly blends the tranquility of a natural lake environment with an array of refined amenities and services designed for an elevated living experience. Our unique 24-hour gated security—staffed by EMS-trained professionals—ensures peace of mind and prompt assistance whenever needed.
