Town Hall Meeting for General Manager | |

Description: | Your board has begun the process to hire full-time, professional management for our community. This strategic decision is reflective of the needs identified in our recent property owner survey where many of you called for more responsive action on community maintenance and beautification projects. A General Manager for our community will also help the board execute investment projects that will be required to address our aging facilities and help build plans for upgraded amenities favored by the property owners.
To facilitate this process, the board has secured the services of Schnake Turnbo Frank (STF), a Tulsa based search and communications firm. STF will work to develop a position description, organize and market our search for qualified candidates, and assist the board in the interview and selection process. An important component as we start this process is to gather additional feedback from property owners as to the skills, experience, and leadership capabilities required of a successful General Manager. To gather your feedback and foster discussion, we would like for you to attend one of our upcoming town hall sessions where STF will outline the search process and solicit your feedback. STF will be conducting town halls on: · Wednesday, September 25th at 5:30 p.m., Lexus of Tulsa Community Room (4210 S Memorial Dr., Tulsa)
· Saturday, October 12th, immediately following the Board Meeting (approximately 11:30 am), Event Room at The Coves
